Zlatanas kärleksmums (eng. Love yummie)

 

 

 

       

Ingredient:

 

150 g margarine
1 1/2 dl milk
3 eggs
3 dl sugar
1 msk vanilla sugar
3/4 dl cacao
2 tsk baking powder
4 dl wheat flour

Glaze:


75 g margarine
3/4 dl strong coffee
1/2 dl cacao
1 1/2 msk vanilla sugar
5 dl icing sugar

Decoration:

 

1 dl shredded coconut

 

 

The cake mixture:

1.      Put the owen at 175˚C.

2.      Besmear and cover the roasting pan (30x40cm) with dried breadcrumbs or put a baking paper on the pan.

3.      Melt the margarine, pour the milk inside and let it cool.

 

4.      Whip the eggs and the sugar puffy, willingly with an electric hand mixer

 

5.      Sift the vanilla sugar, cacao, the baking powder and the flour through a sieve

 

6.      Add the margarine and mix to an even cake mixture

 

7.      Pour the mixture in the pan and bake in the middle of the owen for approximately 20 min.

 

Glaze:

 

1.      Melt the margarin in the saucepan.

 

2.      Add the coffee, the cacao, the vanilla sugar and the icing sugar and mix well

 

Take the cake out of the owen and let it cool a little bit. Then pour the glaze over the warm cake and spred the shreddered cocos over it.
