Wash and peel the apples, keep the apple scale

Heat the water and add 50 g sugar, 1 bag of vanilla sugar and the juice of the lemon

Add the apples in the boiling water and let them cook until they are of the wished hardness.

Take out the boiled apples.

Add the rest of the sugar and the scale of the apples in the water. When this syrup boils, sieve it and let it cool

Meanwhile whip the egg white and mix it with the walnuss and the vanilla sugar.

Fill the boiled apples with this mixture.

Put the apples in the owen and let them bake for 15 minutes in 180°C.

Take out the baked apples and pour the warm syrup over them

Serve them with a spoon of whipped cream on the top of the apples.
